  4. October 25, 2012: The first LRP newsletter is now available. The last page of the 5 page pdf is the first (tentative) project schedule.
  5. September 7, 2012: Aug. 31 Leak Remediation Project mailer with forms to submit by Sept. 21, 2012 (13 page pdf). Note that this version has the letter from the WCP Board as the first document and a note added about the operability of the doors shown in Attachment A, but is otherwise identical to the version sent via email on Sept. 4.
  6. August 5, 2012: Cover email with survey link and the following draft pdf documents were sent today:
    1. draft letter from the Board to homeowners regarding the window/door choices, financing, and Trust Agreement (2 pages);
    2. draft letter from Stonemark Construction Management (SCM) to homeowners explaining the WD package options, with a draft options selection sheet (5 pages);

    3. an OLD VERSION of the Trust Agreement between the WCP Homeonwners' Association (WCP HOA) and you guaranteeing installation of the WD package you paid for (the Board found this version too convoluted, so it is being rewritten by our new lawyer), so this just fyi (6 pages);
    4. Preliminary details of the Supplemental Home Loan Program being offered by UCOP, in case you want to finance the $16,375 WD package with their program (1 page).
  7. June 20, 2012: The materials for voting on our Amendment 3 and the Leak Remediation Fee have been mailed, along with the ballot itself. All materials except the ballot itself are posted here:

Feasibility report by Stonemark Construction Management (19 page pdf) on 3 project scopes, including budgets, July 18, 2011 version (originally prepared June 7; subsequently modified to $7.135 million, not including financing of wooden door leaves) . The bottom lines: $11.75 mio for full remediation; $8.68 mio. for a recommended scope.
  6. Final Working Drawings for Units 917 & 918 - February 18, 2010
    Final architectural drawings and bid documents from HH Fremer Architects. The University will use these documents as the basis for soliciting bids from contractors.
